NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES...

Geneseo (Employer) has agreed to an election with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) with the CWA. (Union) on May 7, 2024 between 8am-9am.

The Employer had to hire a labor relations representative, Sanford Rudnick JD, to assist us with the Election and the NLRB to make sure we do not commit any unfair labor practices. You can email him to ask him any questions you have about the election at sandy@rudnickpro.com.

This website covers the topics of Bargaining, Union promises, Cost of union membership, Strikes, How to Vote, and the Union Corruption of the CWA and much more.

The Handouts are in the Resource section of the website.

Between now and the election on May 7,2024 between 8am-9am, the union will be giving you Misinformation and telling you Lies about the Union and what they can do for you.

The union is only at our company to get all our employees to pay union dues of $60-$70 per month or $703 per year to support their $200,000 salaries of their international officers.

You will be receiving weekly handouts by email from the Employer about the Union and what they can do for you.

If the union comes to your residence or calls you by phone, you do NOT have to speak to the union unless you want to speak to the union.

If the union threatens you, please contact your supervisor and give a report.

We hope all our employees vote NO against the union but this is your free choice.
